Director of Human Resources & Quality, Shavonne Brown joined Vista Maria’s Executive Leadership team in October 2021. Shavonne has over 18 years of Human Resources experience within various industries including Healthcare, Education and Retail Management. She is responsible for the overall development, planning and implementation of agency-wide Human Resources and Quality key initiatives and functions. Shavonne holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Professional Human Resources certification (PHR) and SHRM-CP certification. Shavonne is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
