Angela Aufdemberge, President & CEO

Angela brings 20 years of executive experience to Vista Maria, with a track record of success across various industries including service, healthcare and manufacturing. Prior to starting at Vista Maria, Aufdemberge was the Executive Vice President of Sales Development & Support for Entertainment Publications. She also served as the company’s EVP of Operations and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Aufdemberge earned her master of arts and bachelor of science degrees in business from Wayne State University. She also holds a senior human resources professional certification by the Society of Human Resources Management.

Kathy Regan, Chief Financial Officer

Kathy Regan is responsible for the direction and management of the accounting, finance, facilities and IT functions for the agency. Regan’s career spans more than 15 years of financial leadership experience and corporate planning disciplines. She was previously the Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting at Entertainment Promotions in Troy. She also oversaw North American Financial Operations for ACN, the world’s largest direct selling telecommunications and essential services provider. Regan earned a BA degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University with an emphasis in economics.

Meredith Reese, Chief Integrated and Behavioral Health Officer

Meredith Reese, Chief Integrated Behavioral Health Officer has been with Vista Maria since July 2003.  In her current role, she is responsible for the integration of mental health and physical health services on campus serving all youth in care.  She has twenty years of extensive knowledge in areas of mental health, trauma, and adolescent development. Meredith holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, she is a featured speaker, presenter, and trainer relating to human trafficking, and trauma. Meredith is an active member of the Joint Anti-Trafficking Taskforce, Michigan Human Trafficking Taskforce and is chair of the Southeastern division. Meredith raises awareness to stand against human trafficking through community advocacy and presentations. In 2014, Meredith was the recipient of the Department of Health and Human Services –Best Practice Award for her work and dedication to the anti-trafficking movement.
